Working with us

A great place to work

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children while advancing your career with plenty of opportunities to develop?

We are an educational charity that manages four academies in North London, serving approximately 2,600 pupils.

We offer a variety of positions, including roles for teachers, teaching assistants, office staff and individuals to join our central team supporting schools.

As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment, helping to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about building and securing the future aspirations of children, whether you are a teacher or employed in a support role - everyone has an important contribution to make.

You should also possess the energy and enthusiasm necessary to thrive in a busy London school environment, as well as a genuine desire to develop and progress with a positive, can-do attitude.

When you join our team, you will find a supportive and experienced leadership team, motivated and curious children, and a commitment to personal and professional development.

We recognize exceptional performance and offer opportunities for progression and movement within the Trust, all within a positive working atmosphere.

We take great pride in our families, students, pupils, and staff, and we invite you to become a part of our community.
