Cuckoo and Woodpecker parents on the “Good Enough Parent” course continue their studies from home
The “Good Enough Parent” is a great course, which is run by the Community Outreach team.
It is an 8-week parent led program that can help parents and carers develop practical communication skills for everyday life to help bring up confident, happy and co-operative children.
Topics covered on the course include: positive behaviour management and discipline strategies, managing parent and family Well-being, understanding and managing feelings, parent listening, communication, play and interaction skills, parent-child relationships and “Being A Good Enough Parent”.
Due to the current circumstances, parents are now continuing their studies from home.
Well done to the parents, we look forward to them graduating very soon.
