Heron Hall Academy is seeking an ambitious and visionary Head of Religious Education (RE) to join our team. As the Head of RE, you will play a pivotal role in leading the RE curriculum within our academy. Working collaboratively with your direct team and the SLT, you will bring your natural flair for leadership and ability to deliver creative and vibrant lessons that inspire and motivate all students to excel. The successful candidate will lead on the RE curriculum within the academy, driving innovation and excellence; deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students to explore and understand religious and moral issues; collaborate with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure alignment with the academy's vision and goals; provide leadership and support to the RE department, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement; work closely with the Head Teacher, SLT team, and your direct team to promote the welfare and academic success of all students.

This is a real opportunity for an inspirational RE teacher to make their first step into leadership, or a current Head of Faculty to develop further with the support of our SLT.
